PROPERTY CHECKS
A concise but full report on the condition of all parts of a building (as Concise Property Appraisals above), useful prior to putting your house on the market or simply to check there are no urgent repairs or maintenance work needed.

INSURANCE
Make sure your "Sum Insured" is correct otherwise you will either be paying too high an Insurance Premium or will be running the risk of not having a claim paid in full if the figure is too low. We can also assist with loss claims negotiations with insurers in respect of fire, flooding, etc.
